Originally from the UK, Felicity Jaffrey has had 20 years experience of cross cultural living. She has a career background working in journalism, aid and development and school leadership.

Helen has a special interest in working with adolescents and young people who are struggling with anxiety and depression. 

I started my interest in mental health with a degree in psychology and qualified as a Human Givens therapist in 2023.

My specialty is in resolving stress including traumatic emotional and physical experiences and difficulties with depression, guilt, anger, fear and self-criticism. 

Veronique, who is fluent in French, has a background in education where she was Head of a modern languages department for over 20 years.

I work in a village just south of Diss, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. I can also arrange to see people in mutually agreed locations, e.g. GP surgeries or at home.

I spent a number of years working in different coorporate environments in different parts of the world before qualifying initially as a hypnotherapist and later as a psychotherapist.

I have over 10 years experience of working in the NHS as both a manager and a health visitor and I am now taking my first steps into private practice as a Humans Givens Counsellor and Life Coach.

Alessia offers safe and confidential sessions in a caring and calming environment. Her private practice is 7 minutes walk from Kentish Town Tube station.
