Jenny practises from the York Human Givens Wellbeing Centre which she jointly set up with Gail Rhodes in 2010 and co-ran until 2022.

I initially trained and qualified as a Counsellor in Psychodynamic and Humanistic and CBT. After doing just one course with Human Givens I saw and realised how effective this method was.

I love working with people, especially one to one.

I have worked with teenagers and adults for over 35 years.

My hobbies include cycling and swimming.
