I graduated in medicine at the University of Edinburgh in 1985 and have enjoyed working as a doctor in a wide variety of medical settings.

John has over 25 years experience working with individuals and groups to achieve a productive, fulfilled and sustainable lifestyle.

I work face-to-face and remotely via Zoom. 

Judith is an experienced Human Givens Therapist, Supervisor and psychiatric nurse with thirty years of experience of working within the mental health services.

I spent a number of years working in different coorporate environments in different parts of the world before qualifying initially as a hypnotherapist and later as a psychotherapist.
