My aim is to teach clients calming techniques and develop positive coping mechanisms using tools that are based on current neuroscience. To help them change distress into decisions, plan a way forward whilst facing challenging circumstances, develop achievable goals and have a fulfilling life that works.

Helen has a special interest in working with adolescents and young people who are struggling with anxiety and depression. 

Biljana is a fully qualified Human Givens psychotherapist with a special interest in depression, trauma, anxiety, phobias, anger, bereavement, addiction, and tinnitus management.

Paul is a qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist and has over 25 years’ experience in various roles of supporting, mentoring and coaching people struggling with their mental and emotional health.

Des has been a business consultant, and latterly business coach, for more than 20 years. He received an OBE in 2004 for services to industry.

I have a wide range of experience, successfully using the Human Givens approach for over 20 years, with clients of all ages, and with diverse problems.

I work in a village just south of Diss, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. I can also arrange to see people in mutually agreed locations, e.g. GP surgeries or at home.

EXPERIENCE - qualified integrative counsellor since 1999, HG psychotherapist since 2007, counselling supervisor since 2003, HG supervisor since 2007.

I am a fully qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist and also a fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher.
