I have enjoyed working in the field of social care for over 30 years. I have gained experience working in the NHS, Community Mental Health Teams, GP surgeries, HMP Prison service, the probation service, Supported Housing, the charity sector, and in schools and Pupil Referral Units.

Throughout her extensive career, Nicki has dedicated herself to assisting individuals and families in overcoming adversities.

I help busy professionals repair & protect their relationship, working mainly with people who are married or in a long-standing relationship that was once good but is now struggling. I offer sessions  both to individuals seeking to improve their relationship or marriage, & to couples (gay or straight)- now online or by phone only. I use an evidence-based, solution-focused approach & offer unrushed sessions of caring, confidential and practical help & support. I recently wrote a book aimed at helping couples in crisis; 5 Steps to lasting love: an evidence-based guide to protecting & repairing your relationship.

I am a regular HG practitioner and have a wealth of experience in dealing with many types of issues from self-esteem, depression (all categories), trauma, work/life stress-related, elderly loneline

I originally trained in biological science before becoming a medical doctor in 1990.
