I am an experienced and effective therapist with a busy private practice. I have successfully treated many adults, children and young people and helped them move on from a wide range of challenges.

I practice in a street with limited street parking and off street parking. I also have enhanced CRB disclosure.

Following many years working in the social care sector with vulnerable adults, in which I increasingly found the Human Givens approach extremely beneficial, I have now moved into private practice.

My therapy is based on The Human Givens principles. This therapy is practical, solution-based and brief (usually 3-6 sessions of 1 -1.5 hour).

I am passionate about helping people live their best, most fulfilling, most enjoyable and meaningful lives possible.

I have been treating patients for symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, phobias, stress management, addiction, insomnia, birth, fertility since 2001`.
