Corinne works primarily with the human givens approach due to it's proven speed and effectiveness. She also uses CBT, mindfulness and visualisation when appropriate.

I have worked in NW London with young people in a charity I co-founded and later on with the ministry of defence.

Currently working in the diving offshore industry helping to bring stress awareness to the for front of off shore safety culture and its affects on personal performance.

My background is in the area of Human Resources where I worked for one of Ireland’s largest banking organisations.   

Tanya lives in a quiet village setting with a private therapy room within her home. Parking onsite is available.

Following early retirement from professional sport, I began a career in the education sector where I have been a qualified teacher for the last fourteen years.
