Following many years working in the social care sector with vulnerable adults, in which I increasingly found the Human Givens approach extremely beneficial, I have now moved into private practice.

My therapy is based on The Human Givens principles. This therapy is practical, solution-based and brief (usually 3-6 sessions of 1 -1.5 hour).

After a successful career as a teacher in the secondary sector, Debbie used her person centered counselling qualifications to work as an Inclusion Manager in a large comprehensive school in Rotherh

I know that it’s possible for clients to get their lives working again without unduly dwelling on the past.

I first came across the Human Givens model, after the completion of my doctoral schooling in the San Francisco Bay area.
