Caroline provides practical and effective support to enable people to feel better and move on with their lives as quickly as possible.

I work in a village just south of Diss, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. I can also arrange to see people in mutually agreed locations, e.g. GP surgeries or at home.

I have been seeing clients since 1991 usually in my home but am prepared to be flexible. I am an associate priest in Barnes and I work part time as a Hospital Chaplain.

Claire is a fully trained Human Givens Therapist and also holds a Masters Degree in Human Givens Psychotherapy.

I am passionate about using Human Givens therapy to help people to take control of their mental health.

I initially trained and qualified as a Counsellor in Psychodynamic and Humanistic and CBT. After doing just one course with Human Givens I saw and realised how effective this method was.

As a fully qualified and experienced Human Givens psychotherapist I am passionate about helping people transform emotional distress. I will quickly help you achieve lasting relief from anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, pain, traumatic experiences, phobias and compulsive behaviours.

My training in the Human Givens approach enables me to see a wide selection of clients.

I have more than 20 years’ experience with a variety of people in a wide range of environments, these include Education, Community, Youth Justice and Mental Health Services.

Valerie has extensive work experience with a global company which is a public service provider. Its mission is to deliver services which positively transform people’s lives and their communities.
