Worked 30 years for the HSE Ireland and 15 years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist/Counsellor for patients with mental health issues and addictions.

My clinic is based in Herne Hill, two miles from Brixton underground station and a ten minute walk from Herne Hill station.

I am passionate about helping people live their best, most fulfilling, most enjoyable and meaningful lives possible.

I have a diverse background, knowledge and experience in the field of health holding three health professional qualifications in Mental Health, Adult Health and as well as being a registered Midwif

I believe in people's capacity to change, grow and discover parts of themselves, that for many reasons they have not been able to see. I work with people to change the narrative of their circumstances, into the story they want to share with the world. I can aid you in whatever this journey looks like for you.

Difficult and challenging life situations affect us all. Sometimes however, we can get overwhelmed or find it a struggle to cope with these things, whether they are in our surroundings, our relationships or in our own thinking and general emotional health.
