My passion is embodiment and healing the effects of trauma.

I see clients at my home in Norwich - there is parking available as well as a good local bus service.

Helen has a special interest in working with adolescents and young people who are struggling with anxiety and depression. 

I run face-to-face sessions in Yorkshire including in Leeds, York, Hull and Bridlington. I run online sessions wherever you are in the world. 

I have a deep understanding about mental health and wellbeing, and experience of working with people in tnany different situations in their lives. Clients feed back that I am calm, warm and approachable - that they feel accepted and comfortable being themselves. The approach aims to help people to overcome problems that might at first feel overwhelming, breaking down complex issues into practical, manageable steps. My goal is to build hope, motivation and a clear focus to achieve the positive changes that matter to you. 

I trained and worked as a medical doctor in the NHS for over the past 23 years, specialising as a GP.  I was also an academic researcher and Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen where I taught mental health to senior medical students. I have extensive and varied experience of working with a wide range of mental health problems in a variety of settings within the NHS including general practice, accident and emergency departments, and in psychiatric departments. I have experience of mild psychological distress to severe debilitating mental health crises. I am now trained and currently working as a psychotherapist

I offer effective, solution-focused talk therapy focusing on what you need to live an emotionally healthy and fulfilling life.

Des has been a business consultant, and latterly business coach, for more than 20 years. He received an OBE in 2004 for services to industry.

I have a wide range of experience, successfully using the Human Givens approach for over 20 years, with clients of all ages, and with diverse problems.

Tony's practice is from his farmhouse home in a lovely peaceful setting, which includes parking and easy access. He will also travel to clients up to an hour away (charging mileage).
