I am in private practice from my home in Nottingham. 

Originally from the UK, Felicity Jaffrey has had 20 years experience of cross cultural living. She has a career background working in journalism, aid and development and school leadership.

I see clients at my home in Norwich - there is parking available as well as a good local bus service.

I believe in people's capacity to change, grow and discover parts of themselves, that for many reasons they have not been able to see. I work with people to change the narrative of their circumstances, into the story they want to share with the world. I can aid you in whatever this journey looks like for you.

Difficult and challenging life situations affect us all. Sometimes however, we can get overwhelmed or find it a struggle to cope with these things, whether they are in our surroundings, our relationships or in our own thinking and general emotional health. I became a fully qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist in 2006. And have been running a very busy private counselling practice in Manchester for 11 years.

Lynda has worked for the NHS for 20 years. She has helped to develop mental health services ranging from a forensic secure unit to older peoples services.

I feel fortunate to have been able to combine an enjoyable career in Human Resource Management (within the public, private and voluntary sectors) with psychotherapy and counselling, working for man
