I graduated in medicine at the University of Edinburgh in 1985 and have enjoyed working as a doctor in a wide variety of medical settings.

About Me

Some of us were never taught the skills we needed to manage our mental health when events, no matter how small or insignificant they feel, or how large and overwhelming they are, occur.

The most common reasons clients seek help from me are related to stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, and work-related issues.

I am a Human Givens Psychotherapist. I have a private practice whereby I work with clients on a one to one basis to improve their mental health. I work both face to face and online.

I am a paediatric nurse and qualified school nurse with many years of experience working with children, young people and their parents in and around London.

I spent a number of years working in different coorporate environments in different parts of the world before qualifying initially as a hypnotherapist and later as a psychotherapist.

I am a fully qualified Human Givens psychotherapist who sees clients at my private practice at home. When appropriate, I can do home visits and walk and talk or online sessions.

I find the Human Givens approach to be helpful to a wide variety of people in different situations and most find help within a very few sessions.
