Originally from the UK, Felicity Jaffrey has had 20 years experience of cross cultural living. She has a career background working in journalism, aid and development and school leadership.

Abigail is an experienced psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer using the Human Givens model.

I am passionate about using Human Givens therapy to help people to take control of their mental health.

Jo's passion is to help us understand and have better insight into what may be going on for us if we experience difficulties with our mental health, and most importantly what we can do about it.
