My background is in the area of Human Resources where I worked for one of Ireland’s largest banking organisations.   

I treat clients with a broad spectrum of challenges, from anxiety and depression to phobias and trauma, helping them to take control of their lives and get their emotional health back on track.

It is in the nature of life to throw up challenges, and it is only human to need a little help from time to time.

I can see you face-to-face at my peaceful therapy room in my home in Brighton, about two minutes walk from London Road (Brighton) Station. I also offer a small number of face-to face evening, or weekend morning appointments from a therapy practise in Kemp Town. Alternatively I can offer appointments via Zoom.

I have been a Human Givens Therapist for 17 years, having previously been a GP.

I offer sessions between 9am and 6pm.

I have an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Health, finances, relationships, career, family, fitness and unexpected change – life can get complicated.

Debriefing post traumatic events in healthcare. Current focus in rehabilitative care. Arrangement to see clients through HSE services can be arranged.
