I started my professional life in Switzerland where I qualified and worked as a Kindergarten Teacher. After moving to Britain in 1994 I trained as an Occupational Therapist.

My private practice is in Colchester but I work over the Essex/Suffolk border, and I hold an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Since re-training as a psychotherapist between 2015 and 2016, I have built up a successful private practice.

I have spent more than 20 years working for charities, supporting service users with trauma, anxiety, addictions, homelessness and involvement in the criminal justice system.

Nicola is a Human Givens psychotherapist with a growing private practice in Devon.

After a successful career in financial services and a break to bring up my children (one of which has special needs) I chose to retrain as a Human Givens Therapist.

Currently not taking on any private clients.

Sometimes we can all feel a little bit stuck, unfocussed, tired a lot of the time or just not like our usual self. 

I work with people from all walks of life with regards to their mental health and wellbeing, from teenagers through to seventy plus year olds.

Iris has over 20 years' experience as a registered nurse in the acute medical area. She is now running a private counselling practice in Cavon/Meath area.
