Nicola is a Human Givens psychotherapist with a growing private practice in Devon.

I am a fully qualified Human Givens Therapist. I have over 20 year's experience working in health and social care settings with both individuals and families.

My goal is to help my clients get back on their feet and functioning again with all the tools and resources they need to cope well with the circumstances of their life, in as few sessions as possible! We are all capable of change, however old we become, and the brain is remarkably flexible or "plastic" throughout the lifespan. 

The Human Givens approach focuses on what people need in their lives to be emotionally healthy and on how these needs can be better met.

I am both a fully qualified Human Givens Practitioner and Medical Doctor with over 20 years of experience. I am based in Shropshire (UK).

Good therapy isn't just a place to feel heard, it is a collaborative space where we work together to find practical and effective solutions to help you move forwards.

My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.

I work with people from all walks of life with regards to their mental health and wellbeing, from teenagers through to seventy plus year olds.

I know how daunting it can seem at times to move forward in life when you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed.
