I have over 25 years experience in mental health and well-being.

You may be anxious, depressed or feel ‘stuck’. Perhaps you are struggling to move on from difficult experiences, feel overwhelmed or in constant pain. I use a wide range of tried and tested counselling and meditative techniques to help you feel more hopeful and calm right from the first session.

I am both a fully qualified Human Givens Practitioner and Medical Doctor with over 20 years of experience. I am based in Shropshire (UK).

I started my interest in mental health with a degree in psychology and qualified as a Human Givens therapist in 2023.

I graduated in medicine at the University of Edinburgh in 1985 and have enjoyed working as a doctor in a wide variety of medical settings.

Dermot has had his own business for nearly 30 years.  He is a father and husband, and through this is aware of the various challenges and difficulties that life can bring with it.

Cathy is a Human Givens therapist, an accredited coach on the Henley Register, and holds an MSc in Mental Health and Psychotherapy.

David has extensive experience of working with young people and families within school settings.
