I have been working in the field of mental health for 25 years.

I am a fully qualified Human Givens psychotherapist.

I am in private practice from my home in Nottingham. 

I started my interest in mental health with a degree in psychology and qualified as a Human Givens therapist in 2023.

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and fully supportive.

I am a fully qualified HG counselor /psychotherapist.

I initially trained and qualified as a Counsellor in Psychodynamic and Humanistic and CBT. After doing just one course with Human Givens I saw and realised how effective this method was.

Fiona has worked as an OT in a wide range of health, social care and community settings over the last 40years, specializing in Palliative Care until 2012. She has run a private practice as an HG psychotherapist since 2011 alongside work in the NHS and abroad

I take NHS referrals’. I have 9 years of experiences with NHS referrals’. I have enhanced DBS disclosure. The clients are seen at the mutually convenient public venue.

I am delighted to see adults of all ages  developing new skills and understanding they can enjoy doing more fun things in their life.
