I run face-to-face sessions in Yorkshire including in Leeds, York, Hull and Bridlington. I run online sessions wherever you are in the world. 

I have a deep understanding about mental health and wellbeing, and experience of working with people in tnany different situations in their lives. Clients feed back that I am calm, warm and approachable - that they feel accepted and comfortable being themselves. The approach aims to help people to overcome problems that might at first feel overwhelming, breaking down complex issues into practical, manageable steps. My goal is to build hope, motivation and a clear focus to achieve the positive changes that matter to you.

About Me

I am a HG Psychotherapist working in Jersey in the Channel Islands. Mental health issues can present in many different ways. The most common issues I see are:

Alex is a qualified and highly experienced psychotherapist who has helped many hundreds of individuals move forward from periods of difficulty in their life.

Vix has a degree in Psychology in addition to her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Givens.

My passion is embodiment and healing the effects of trauma.

I see clients at my home in Norwich - there is parking available as well as a good local bus service.

I spent 11 years working as a reflexologist prior to training in the human givens approach.

Having been a holistic therapist for over 22 years; I am now concentrating on psychotherapy - counselling as a Human Givens Practitioner. Situated in North Ayrshire.
